3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is a great choice for parents looking for a stroller to grow with their family. It's considered a "modular stroller" or "convertible stroller" It comes with more than 20 different configurations to use with different seats, cots and infant car seats (car seat adapters are sold separately).
We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver, making it perfect for parents who love to go out and explore. It has a big storage basket and a range of attachments to help parents carry their groceries or do light shopping. It's a bit more expensive than some other 2 in 1 prams, but it's a worthwhile purchase because of the quality and function of this model is top-notch.
This stroller features an easy-pull harness that makes securing your child in the seat easy. It also features the sun canopy, which has XXL removable panels and peek-a-boo windows. It also has a tray for parents to store their snacks, drinks and phones. The handlebar can be adjusted to match the height of the parent and the brake is easy to access, making it safe to operate for children.
Our mom tester Sophie from London used the stroller with her two girls aged 5 and 10 months. It was very easy to maneuver and smooth on cobbled streets, even if the ground was bumpy. The large shopping basket as well as well-designed footrests made her feel at ease. She also appreciated the fact that the hood and handlebar fabric were machine washable which is important for busy parents!
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
A frame stroller that is minimalist, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in compatibility and a huge storage bin. It is one of the lightest double strollers on the market. It weighs just 24 pounds. without attachments for infant car seats. It's quite light for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista V2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 Double.
The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide, and is easy to use. It snaps together quickly and takes less than 10 minutes to be road-ready. It doesn't have a canopy built in therefore you will be required to buy your own sunshades to your children if they want additional protection from the elements.
During our testing during our testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It can navigate the majority of terrains easily, but it can be difficult to maneuver over gravel and grassy areas. It can be difficult to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. This stroller is not recommended to use on the stairs or off-road. However, its suspension system will help to reduce bumps.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's hard to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common issue with twin frame strollers, but Joovy offers an additional under-seat baby carrier bag to aid in addressing this issue.
Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have an auto-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage however we'd rather have to have a stroller that has more flexibility. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a plus, though, as it lets parents put their infant car seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their requirements.
